What is the Abendroth Golf Exchange and Return Policy?
Abendroth Golf garments in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached may be exchanged or returned for a full refund up to 30 days following the original ship date free of charge and free shipping.*
To start an exchange or return, please contact email@example.com and include your order number in the subject. We’d also love to hear why the items are being returned so please include that in the body of the email. We’ll respond with a generated shipping label that you may use to send your package back to Abendroth Golf.
*Please note that at this time the following purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Any item that is deemed “final sale”
- International orders outside the U.S.
- Purchases from third-party retailers (i.e. Golf Clubs or Golf Courses). Please contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase directly for their return policy.
How to Make an Exchange or Return:
Change your mind? Need a different size or color? As long as the item meets the requirements of our Abendroth Golf Exchange and Return Policy, you may exchange or return it by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Getting started with your exchange or return is easy:
- Email email@example.com
- Enter your order number and either Exchange or Return in the subject line.
- In the body of your email, write if you would like to Exchange or Return the items. If multiple items, please specify by style, size and color.
- Include your contact information and current shipping address in case we need to get in touch with you.
- Wait 24-48 hours to receive your shipping label.
- Ship back in a secure package with the provided shipping label. Once the item is received, we will credit your account for a return or provide the alternate size / color for an exchange.
- An exchange will allow you to pick the same product in a different color and/or size.
- A return allows you to return eligible products in your order for a full refund on your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Goods:
Prior to shipping to our customers, each item goes through a rigorous quality check at our factory partners and at our warehouse. Despite these best efforts, damaged or defective products may evade our removal process.
If you believe that you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please let us know as soon as possible at email@example.com. We’ll respond as quickly as possible and do all that we can to make good on our commitment.
Please include on your email the following information:
- Your original Abendroth Golf order number
- Your current shipping address
- Photographs of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the defect or damage. Did this occur over time, or did it happen all at once?
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours.
