Inspiration for Women's Golf Pants
Transition on and off the course
Based in Massachusetts, Founder and CEO, Emily Farrell is a PGA Professional who experienced many frustrations while trying to find golf clothes, specifically pants, that were professional and feminine to wear on the course and transition well off the course.
Dress Codes and Golf Pants
She worked at high-end private clubs where there were specific dress codes that included wearing golf pants. She found that most options available were either very traditional or too short for dress code policies. Additionally, she spent eight years working a corporate job, while keeping her PGA status, searching for professional apparel to wear on and off the course.
Basic Needs
Every product found fell short of the basic needs: big enough pockets, flexible materials, tapered legs, etc. so, Emily decided to launch her own line in hopes to improve the status of Women’s golf apparel.
Products designed by the Abendroth team have a vision to make pieces that function for the course, but can travel off course comfortably without feeling the need to change or stand out.
"I have dreamed of providing women with golf attire that functions for the course but can travel off course comfortably without feeling the need to change or stand out. I want the everyday woman to feel comfortable going to work, the course, and picking up their child (literally off the ground or in the pickup line at school)."
