International Shipping

International shipping is currently available worldwide. You will be responsible for international duty and shipping costs. If you are unsure of international duty and shipping costs, please contact us at info@abendrothgolf.com and we’ll do our best to help out!


Shipping Deadlines

We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the United States. Expedited shipping is also available. 

Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday will be processed on the same day. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. 

Purchases made after 3:00 p.m. EST will ship out the next business day. If you order after 3:00 p.m. EST on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following Monday.

International orders may take up to two full business days to be fulfilled before shipping. 


Why hasn’t my order shipped?

Typically, Abendrothgolf.com orders placed before 3:00pm ET Monday - Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed outside of this window will generally ship on the next business day. 

During peak holiday periods or major Abendroth Golf sale events, orders may take 2-4 business days to ship. 

If you have not received a status update on your order more than 4 business days after placing it, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at info@abendrothgolf.com for an update on your order. 


Checking the Status of Your Order

Abendroth Golf will send you a shipment confirmation email once your order ships from our warehouse. Your order will include the tracking confirmation number which you can use to track your package’s progress. 

If you are unable to locate your shipment confirmation email and/or you have not received a shipment confirmation email, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at info@abendrothgolf.com for an update on your order.


Lost Package or Package Delivered but not Received 

All Abendrothgolf.com orders ship with tracking information. Once your order is delivered, a confirmation email will be sent. We will rely on the tracking information and delivery confirmation to verify that your order has been delivered. 

By default, the shipping services will leave your Abendroth Golf package at your delivery address without requiring a signature receipt unless you specify otherwise. If is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is a safe and secure place for receiving packages. Abendroth Golf will not be responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery has been confirmed through the third party tracking information.
