We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the United States over $100.00. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional fee.

International shipping is currently available worldwide. You will be responsible for international duty and shipping costs. If you are unsure of international duty and shipping costs, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help out!
Orders placed Monday–Friday will be processed within two business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.
International orders may take up to three full business days to be fulfilled before shipping.
Abendroth Golf will send you a shipment confirmation email once your order ships from our warehouse. Your order will include the tracking confirmation number which you can use to track your package’s progress.
If you are unable to locate your shipment confirmation email and/or you have not received a shipment confirmation email, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at firstname.lastname@example.org for an update on your order.
All Abendrothgolf.com orders ship with tracking information. Once your order is delivered, a confirmation email will be sent. We will rely on the tracking information and delivery confirmation to verify that your order has been delivered.
By default, the shipping services will leave your Abendroth Golf package at your delivery address without requiring a signature receipt unless you specify otherwise. If is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is a safe and secure place for receiving packages. Abendroth Golf will not be responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery has been confirmed through the third party tracking information.
Typically, orders placed Monday–Friday will be processed within two business days.
During peak holiday periods or major events, orders may take up to 4 business days to ship.
If you have not received a status update on your order more than 5 business days after placing it, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at email@example.com for an update on your order.
Returns and exchanges
Abendroth Golf products may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after the original ship date with free return shipping. Garments must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags.
Also, please note that items marked 'final sale' and all international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
At this time the following purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
– Any item that is deemed “final sale”
– International orders outside the U.S.
– Purchases from third-party retailers (i.e. Golf Clubs or Golf Courses). Please contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase directly for their return policy.
We apologize for any inconvenience
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Enter your order number and either Exchange or Return in the subject line.
3. In the body of your email, write if you would like to Exchange or Return the items. If multiple items, please specify by style, size and color. Include your contact information and current shipping address in case we need to get in touch with you.
4. Wait 24-48 hours to receive your shipping label.
5. Ship item(s) back in a secure package with the provided shipping label. Once the item is received, we will credit your account for a return or provide the alternate size / color for an exchange.
Damaged or defective goods
Prior to shipping to our customers, each item goes through a rigorous quality check at our factory partners and at our warehouse. Despite these best efforts, damaged or defective products may evade our removal process.
If you believe that you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please let us know as soon as possible at email@example.com. We’ll respond as quickly as possible and do all that we can to make good on our commitment.
Please include the following information in your email:
– Your original Abendroth Golf order number
– Your current shipping address
– Photographs of the damaged or defective item
– A brief description of the defect or damage (did this occur over time, or did it happen all at once?).
